A: Usually takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and cavities of the mold.
Q:How long does it take to mak requested merchandise?
A:Depending upon the type and complexity of your order, usually the lead-time is 25-30 days once the order is confirmed.
Q: Do you offer extended molding services such as assembly, packaging or decorating?
A: We offer bulk packaging at the press, but do not offer custom packaging, decorating or assembly. Additional secondary operations can be performed by approved 3rd party vendors who we work with.
Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: We accept either L/C (Letter of Credit) or T/T (Wire Transfer) at sight.Please be informed that we can consider other payment methods according to your credibility.
Q: What's the mold life?
A: We build from Class A to Class C molds, the mold life is from 1000K to 100K shots
Q: What type of CAD Files is acceptable for you?
A: IGS, STEP, X_T, PRT, DWG, DXF, PDF etc.
Q: Do you sign non-disclose agreement document?
A: Yes,we sigh non-disclose agreement document.We will not disclose any kinds of informations to the third party.
Q: Can I build OEM tools or customized products?
A: Yes, you can. If you seek to develop OEM tools, please inform us on your requirements, specific ideas,etc. Based on your information, we will get back to you about providing solutions and quotations.
How we can help with OEM order (You can work with Dell to refine a product or design and launch new products with options beyond standard off-the-shelf products and services.)

2.You can either email us your information or mail your samples to us.
3.If you only have a rough idea, our engineering department is capable of producing the required product drawings from complete concept design to a sketch to using customer-supplied CAD drawings.
